How Superain factory to inspect the umbrella and control quality? Superain has strict quality control system from approval each material to finish umbrella. Usually, we applied AQL2.5//4.0 for inspection. Before production, a pre-production sample will be made for the salesman to approve.  On each step production, we have strictly online QC inspection. After goods finally packed in cartons, our QC inspect goods at randomly the inspection report will be sent to customers. 1.Pre – Production Inspection: Material inspection: a.Umbrella fabric: the worker will strictly to use Supearain standard to inspect the fabric, such as use fabric machine to inspect the fabric,  to ensure that there is no yarn, damage and other defects. b.Umbrella frame: inspection if it is consistent with the order requirements, whether the frame surface finished is good and no rust, whether it is firm, whether the switch is smooth, and the frame mold test. c.Umbrella handle: Umbrella handle raw material, Model & color need product according to the order requirements, and Sampling inspection 2.Production Inspection After locking the fabric edge, the worker inspects the fabric. after sewing the panel, workers will inspect the umbrella Canopy. 3.Finished Inspection The inspection department will inspect the whole umbrellas.
